Asking For A Friend By Kate Mallinder

Agnes has aspergers and hates change, so when her sister moves out and away to Weston Super Mare she wants to go see her.

Besides her, Hattie comes along after being roped in as her bus buddy and has an aunt with a b and b there they can stay at.
She also wants to escape after an incident at a party outcasts her from her friends as they spread vicious lies around online.

Meanwhile Jake tags along too, wanting to escape for a very serious reason, finding a lump, down there and not feeling comfortable enough to get it seen too by anyone.

Kate is an exciting new author in YA fiction and tackles such sensitive topics extremely well making the story flow and develop perfectly with plenty of group drama and self drama for each individual character in turn. I love how the group became friends during the course of their journey together and it shows you can't judge a person on looks alone for sure and how we each can hide a problem from others easily too, it was a relatable read for the bullying issue online as we hear so much about happening in real life as well as of course showing an in depth look at life living with Aspergers and how it can seriously effect life for the person with it too.

If you want an adventurous, bold new read, this book certainly won't disappoint!

Many thanks to the publishers for allowing me to review this book for them and being the blog tour stop for today!

In this final instalment of the series, Rachel is preparing to marry fellow farmer Tom, only between trying to get everything perfect and ready in time despite dress worries and money anxieties, she discovers Tom talking about maybe making a mistake in marrying again!m

Just what Rachel didn't need to hear right now especially as they disagreed on future living arrangements as well and suddenly the happy wedding bubble is turning sour, she also has to help friend Eve as she contemplates her own love life as she falls for someone else while still married but feeling unloved and alone in their marriage too, there's plenty of drama to keep you reading on, will they or won't they get married? Will Eve fall for the other man?

I'm definitely not going to spoil the end of this series, I have loved the characters, concept and been immersed into the world of the characters lives since Chapter one of book one, Caroline is a fabulous author I discovered from this series and I really do encourage you to read her works and if you can, bake some of the treats that she shares recipes for i assure you they are delicious!

When Regan's artist friend Cleo leaves to go abroad on a work trip, Regan's life falls into tatters over a lottery ticket she thought she'd won big on thanks to a sour prank by her work colleague Alex.

Losing her home with partner Jarvis her job and life as she knew it, kind homeless man and his dog Kevin and Elvis and new stranger Charlie help her realise that though she may be down on her luck and without any millions she can still change her life into a better one...

As she and Charlie set out on a relationship of sorts, he helps Regan discover what she wants to do next with her life and career leading to her getting a job she likes as a stop gap until she gets her feet in the ground and opens her own market stall!

Meanwhile Cleo makes a shock return and Regan's market dreams get off to a tricky start with an instant foe made in the form of Dragon Lady and the moody market manager.

I loved this new book so much from down on her luck Regan, mysterious Kevin and his dog Elvis and Mantra the mindfulness group cracked me up as if you don't know Bring Me The Horizon sung a song called Mantra which kept going through my head while reading and isn't a classic to help with mindfulness really!  It was such an up and down drama good and bad times book it made for a tea
My gripping read that was unforgettable and Bella is a real word wizard hooking me in this is her fourth book I've read and loved by her now and I truly can't wait for the future books to come too!

Love On The Main Stage By S A Domingo

Nova and her family are heading to the Isle Of Wight for Island Rocks music festival with their fusion food truck along with Nova's best mate Gemma.

Only while there aspiring songwriter Nova meets Sam, a musician who she falls for as they spend more and more time together only he's evasive about his family telling her little and being secretive despite him being a bit with her friends and family.

Can the couple survive when his situation is revealed to Nova in a big way?

I loved this book, the festival setting was great as we see the couple come together so naturally and her family's trouble but how they stay positive through it which is a good way to be through bad times. It was a lovely light read about teen love and friendship as well as showing how you should follow your dreams and not give up!

Melt My Heart by Bethany Rutter

Lily is spending her last summer before university very busy, between hanging out with best friend Cassie and working at the ice cream stand together, she falls for Cal, who just happens to be her twin sister Daisys crush.

However when she starts to get feelings like not wanting to go to university and crushing on her friend, things get complicated can she solve all her summer dilemmas?

Bethany always writes great body positive fiction and this one was as usual fabulous again. Lily faces a lot and the relationship with her boyfriend shows how a lot of girls can feel about why a boy likes them despite their looks as we see her compare herself to her twin a lot throughout the book. The sisters relationship was very realistic as they face years apart at uni separately and struggle to adapt to the thought. Overall it was a serious but still fab positive read!

The Switch Up 2 LA Exchange By Katy Cannon

In this book we rejoin the lives of Willa and Alice who are, two friends who look practically identical and in this adventure Alice heads out to LA to stay with Willa.

When Alice flies to LA to stay with Willa, she gets roped in to help. Willa should be volunteering at an ocean conservation charity but can't as she wants to help make a film, so Alice fills in for her. Only while there she falls for Jake only he believes she's Willa and as they get closer Alice has to come clean, will Jake understand why she did it and will Willa get on in her dream of being an actor and director wwith a successful first project?

Of course, will they actually get away with switching up places once again too?

I love The Switch up books, I grew up watching The Parent Trap film which is reminiscent of these books only these are more modern times and older characters too. The drama is constantly evolving and engaging and of course the not knowing if they'll get caught out swapping places kept me hooked it's a fun light read that teenagers will enjoy!

Many thanks to the publishers for allowing me to review this book and take part in the tour for them!
