The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Seasons Of The Witch by Sarah Rees Brennan

In this Sabrina The Teenage Witch retelling and tie in to the Netflix series, we meet Sabrina who's approaching her sixteenth birthday upon which she will come into her full witch powers and attend a magical school instead of her human one.

In the lead up to her birthday she and her cousin Ambrose get I to trouble casting a spell to make Harvey love her which goes a bit overboard and she also gets possessed by a water sprite who tries to claim her for themselves as a vessel, there's no lack of drama to be solved.

I am not a huge fantasy book lover, however I grew up following Sabrina in the 90's as a kid and so took a chance on this book and wasn't disappointed. It has drama, evil witches, love, crazy family and no lack of enemies to throw up conflict this series has started in a great way and I need to watch the Netflix series now!
