The Window On The Train by Moonlit Paper Press
This collection was firstly beautiful in it's simple clean white page, black text and simple illustration layout.
A few stand out poems to me were:
Leaves In Autumn, how they glow before falling to their metaphorical death.
Nothing Much, a poem about just enjoying time that we have, how we choose to.
Remembering Us, how on reflection you can remember the good of a relationship and the beauty of the duo you were.
The Spaces Between, was a simple lovely poem about how when you wake, before you sleep and in the little moments in-between during the day that one person stays on your mind you care for the most.
The final section of the collection focuses on thoughts, reflections and notes from train journeys and how we see life on reflection and the collection had some beautiful nature and seasonal themed poetry to finish on.
